CHURCH - Vancouver's freshest, volunteer-run intermedia mashup project - is dizzied with delight to bring to you the first event of an eclectic and inspired 'all things art' series. Curated with the intention of cross weaving Vancouver's so-call...ed disparate artistic enclaves, CHURCH is tickled to present its inaugural instalment at the beautiful Unitarian Church of Vancouver (49th and Oak).

On Friday January 27th, the UCV Sanctuary will erupt in all manners of unforgettale colour, shadow, light and song, with stirring performances by violin looper Hannah Epperson, shadow puppets and masterminds Mind Of A Snail, and brilliant songwriting duo Morlove (Miss Emily Brown and Corwin Fox), who will be joined by their dazzling new string section. ***THIS JUST IN! Cast away all remnant fear, social anxiety, awkwardness, and apprehension - for the notorious, the Glorious Ehren Salazar will be kicking the night off with a rich arsenal of unapologetic melodies. Furthermore, he has agreed to MSee'ing the evening! If this is not enough to convince you to join us ... all the better to liberate your blinded senses.***
Please take note: Music 'n shenanigans begin promptly at 8pm in the sanctuary!

Join us beforehand at 6pm in the social hall (ok, and afterhand!) for cheap spirits and rich spirited antics, an intermedia art exhibit and (brace yourselves) a boisterous Ping Pong bar experience to be remembered through the ages! Take note: our paddle collection is in its infancy stages, so be encouraged to round up or burgle more paddles to leave with us as a token of undying love ... or friendly support.

CHURCH reserves the revelry of unfolding many more delectations, pleasances and surprises for the night of the event ... do yourself a considerable favour by joining us in this celebration of human existence (ie - music, art, inventiveness, laughter, drinkables, ping pong, whoopie, etc.)

Admission for the show is $10-20 bones ... but NOBODY will be turned away!
(Note: CHURCH is run on a volunteer basis so that ALL PROCEEDS GO TO THE ARTISTS! ... !!!!!)
