L.A. based DJ/Producer Jeremy Sole was acknowledged recently as Gilles Peterson's favorite DJ of 2011.

Sole uses the word "Musaics" as both an artist alias and
a conceptual approach; sampling seemingly unrelated
world rhythms and sounds from old records, writing original
music and juxtaposing it all as a form of mosaic music which
magnetizes people on to the Dance Floor world wide.

He has had the honor of sharing the stage and/or the studio with hundreds of his deepest inspirations, including Sly Stone, Roy Ayers, Ben Harper, Tony Allen, DJ Krush, Stevie Wonder, War, The Meters, Chaka Khan, Seu Jorge, The Greyboy Allstars, Antibalas, Fat Freddy's Drop, Lee "Scratch" Perry, Joe Bataan, and Quantic to name a few.

Beats Without Borders & DJ Evo are very excited to be presenting him in Vancouver for the first time ever.

Long time BWB collaborator Electrabelle will open the night
with a special VJ/DJ set.

Michael Fraser is up next. He creates a soundtrack of gypsy, jazz and house beats fused with live violin. His musical stylings have been known to induce dancefloor'gasms both under the sun and into the night. He is charisma personified!

Nils will be representing for Beats Without Borders and will be hosting the evening along with DJ Evo.

Hubbz & Evo will be playing the set right before Jeremy goes on and will get the joint bumping with a very special 4 turntable tag-team set! Don't Miss it!!!! :-)

Because we know there are going to be so many good vibes flowing on this night and an abundance of energy to dance we will also be activating the 2nd room in the back of the Red Room.

Wood n' Soo along with Spilt Milk will be holding things down back there. Make sure you pay them a visit.
