FEE SCHEME and REGISTRATION DETAILS.

Registration closes on December 23rd - no showing up on the first day with cash, the camp staff will be following our registration list, and they need five days advance notice of attendance numbers.

If you register (with $50 downpayment) on or before December 12th, the price is $28 per day plus $10 towards a subsidy fund, so a total of $150 for the whole 5 day event.

If you register (with $50 downpayment) after December 12th, the price is $28 per day plus $30 towards a subsidy fund, so a total of $170 for the whole 5 day event.

I am tentatively suggesting, before we've had a chance to approve as a group, that kids under 12 come free, and older kids with parents for half price or whatever the camp fee is for kids (which is more or less what we did last year). Finalized details posted soon.

There is no such thing as a half-day. If you're there for any part of the day, you're there for the day. This entitles you to 3 meals each day and a bunk for overnight in one of the cabins (and so much more...).

Total payment is due by the time you arrive at the camp or preferably sooner - the more people get all their money in early the more people we can help subsidize.

There is no need to pre-register for the night-of party, though you must have a ticket. Night-of ticket sales will commence in a week or three.

If you can afford to pay more than the ticket price for Intention, we encourage you to do so. Please help more of our community attend this wonderful event.

Cheques or money orders MUST be in Canadian funds, made out to "Intention". Please please please do not mail cash. Send all registration-related correspondance and payments to:

Financial Aid

There is financial aid available for friends & family unable to pay the full cost. Submit a request to Garth or Cori for financial aid stating, in dollars, how much aid you will need (please pay what you are able). Subsidies will be made available as the subsidy fund builds up and we can afford to pay out, first come first serve according to order of registration. Please have financial aid requests in by December 12th - contact info posted above. This way the event is sliding scale, but we won't run a deficit either. Fundraising events can also help to build up the subsidy fund.
