What's Included
The registration fee includes all meals (from dinner on the 29th
to lunch on the 2nd), accommodations (bring your own bedding - comfy
sprung mattresses supplied), and one trip each way between Deep
Cove and the camp. For folks coming on December 31 for the New Year
celebration only, the ticket price includes a breakfast on New Year's
day and round trip transportation from Deep Cove. |
Ferry Transport to
Venue
Because the venue is boat access only - folks will be asked to be
at the government dock in Deep Cove at specific times to meet the
particular boats that have been arranged for them. The boat trip
is around 25 minutes each way and boat capacity is restricted, so
folks will be asked to ensure they arrive in time so that no-one
gets left behind.
On the registration form you are asked to indicate
when you can be at the Deep Cove dock and when you need to return
from the camp. The final ferry schedules will be worked out as best
we can to fit peoples' needs. Folks will then be contacted individually
with your scheduled departure time - so please be realistic with
your time estimates, and put a good contact number and email address
on your registration form - thx. |
Fee Information
Due to the limited number of places available, payment must be made
at the same time you register. Priority will be given to people
who come for the whole 5 days.

specifically towards the subsidy fund to help some of our kin who

appreciated. |
Subsidies
There will be some subsidies for folks with financial need, and
they will be awarded on a first-requested, first-served basis as
sufficient $$ accumulate in the subsidy fund. |
