| Organizing Meetings The meetings are where the bulk of Intention organizing happens. Meeting dates are: November 5th, November 17th, December 4th, and December 14th. OR you can go to the webpage: [http://lists.tribalharmonix.org/listinfo.cgi/intention-tribalharmonix.org] and enter your e-mail address Periodic updates will also be posted on the Intention X phorum at www.tribalharmonix.org. Intention10 : Registration Registration opens soon with two opportunities to register in person: November 17 and December 4 at the public meetings at 45 West Hastings. After these two meetings, registration will move online; the link will be posted here around December 6th. A paypal account is required to register online. We encourage as many people as possible to attend the meetings and register as early as possible. Space is limited! It's OK to send your registration form and payment to the meeting with a friend. Download the registration form here, or get a hard copy from us at the meetings. Full payment is required to register. Cheques for $295 can be made out to Tribal Harmonix, or you may pay in cash. One registration form for each person please. Registration closes on December 20. For those who have requested a subsidy of up to $100, once registration closes the subsidy fund will be tallied and divided equally among those requesting funds. There is no guarantee that we can subsidize the full amount requested, but we will do our best. Those who can afford to donate extra cash to the subsidy fund are encouraged to do so. Those receiving a subsidy will be contacted prior to the event to confirm, and all subsidies will be re-embursed by cheque at the event.
