Intention 12 : Organizing Pods
To properly launch Intention 12 we will need at least 40
volunteers to help with the following key organizing pods:
Foundation Pod
Registration and subsidies, camp liaison and logistics, inter-pod
coordination, public meetings, online information and central budgeting.

Programming/Workshop Pod
Coordinates workshop submissions, sets the schedule, and
coordinates the allocation of space for different types of activities at
different times. Workshops are an integral part of our daytime
activities. This is a perfect environment for new presenters to try out
their leading skills!

Bus Pod
Coordinates the bus for party night guests, including promotion, ticket
sales, registration, orientation for arriving guests, ensuring timely
arrival and departure plans.

Cabaret Pod
Wanna sing, dance, juggle, show off or otherwise earn five
minutes of adoring attention from your peers? The performance pod
coordinates the cabaret on Sunday evening.

Gear/Tech
Have sound gear or
tech experience?
The pod provides technical set up and troubleshooting for
electronic devices, provides AV service to workshops and events that need
it, and monitors the sound systems during the dance party portions of the
event.

Transport Pod
This pod takes care of rental and driving for a cube van, and
the volunteers to load and unload all the rented and THX sound gear,
furniture, bulky items, etc. that need to come up in the truck.

Temple Pod
Already registered & ready to DJ on Sunday for Temple Night?
The Temple Pod organizes the DJs and program for the Temple Night; coordinates other ritual
elements like altars, etc.

Decor Pod
Feel inspired to help with Decor & setting up the Dining Hall & Lodges?
This pod takes on decorating the space and making it magical
and comfortable; the pod digs through our collection of fabrics, cushions,
and props in the storage locker and seeks out more stuff if we need it.
This pod will also collectively plan/organize lights (in conjunction with
the gear, party + temple pod), signage (in conjunction with foundation
pod), and other operational and decoration-related stuff for the space we
will be sharing for five days.

Party Pod
Already registered & ready to DJ on Thursday at the Fishbowl, or on Saturday for our
big party night? The Party Pod organizes the DJs and program for
"Party" Night, and the Fishbowl Party (focusing
on new/beginner DJs). If you want to DJ at intention, get in touch.

certification & able to assist us in keeping Intention safe?
